L'étang des Mirandes is nestled in the heart of a 1 hectare garden.
At the centre of it you will find our pond where fishing or just gazing is a favourite.

We have 6 self-catering lodges, each with a private terrace and overlooking the stream that runs along.
The salt water pool is a must for lazy days and loads of things to do for children.

Children can have fun in the cabin, on the trampoline and swings.

We eat

I am half French, half Vietnamese and in both cultures eating is very important. As a child I already remember spending Sunday mornings in the kitchen preparing the family meal. When I say family, that is to say uncles, aunts and children, we were rarely less than fifteen at the table!
I grew up but my taste for food has not changed, from my roots to my education my cooking is what I call fusion.
Once a week I suggest you put your feet under the table and let me do it.
